CPS-GOLD Clarification

October 12th, 2012

Dear Shareholders,

Management would like to clarify a few issues with regards to CPS-GOLD that have been brought up by many shareholders in relation to our corporate restructuring plan that was announced on the 1st of October.

One:

All CPS-GOLD will be transferred from VGMC Panama to the PCEF by December 1st 2012. There will be a new website (the official website for the PCEF) for shareholders to log in and check their account statement. The transfer of CPS-GOLD to PCEF does not depend on whether or not a shareholder subscribes to CPS-PLATINUM. 

Two: 

Management is not able to confirm whether CPS-GOLD in the PCEF can be transferred among shareholders. We do not foresee any obstacle to having this feature activated, but only the new management of the PCEF will be able to decide on and clarify this matter.

Three: 

It is wrong to assume that CPS-GOLD has stopped paying monthly dividends to shareholders. It’s just that all dividends have been re-invested back into the company so that the share value will increase by 4-5 fold between now and listing. Management has taken a long-term view on this matter and we believe that shareholders will come to understand and appreciate this move once their shares are listed.

Four: 

Shareholders in the PCEF will have the choice to exercise their option to convert their preferred shares into common shares that can be listed in the stock market. Shareholders who opt NOT to convert their shares will be grouped under a “Voluntary Asset Distribution” scheme whereby the non-listed assets of the company will be distributed to this group of shareholders. Complete details will be made available by the new management of the PCEF in December 2012.

Five:

The PCEF, registered in BVI, will have its operations office in Frankfurt, Germany. Details will be made available to shareholders in December 2012.

Convertible Preferred Shares (CPS) – GOLD

October 1st, 2012

Dear Shareholders,

Virgin Gold Mining Corporation (Panama) will cease the offering of CPS – GOLD effective today, 1st October 2012.VGMC (Panama) will swap all its gold mining assets to a Professional Closed-End Fund (PCEF) registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). A new professional corporate team has been set up to manage the PCEF. All CPS-GOLD holders inVGMC will have their shares and options transferred to this new investment vehicle designed specifically for public listing purposes.

The Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of the PCEF will be audited and published on a monthly basis. In a nutshell, the PCEF is a structured pre-listing step for CPS-GOLD holders.

To simplify and further clarify the new development, below is a list of points for your understanding:

1. VGMC (Panama) stops offering CPS-GOLD effective today, 1st of October 2012.

2. VGMC (Panama) is switching all its mining interests and assets into a Professional Closed-End Fund (PCEF) based in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

3. In consideration of the entire asset swap, CPS-GOLD shares will also be transferred from VGMC (Panama) to the PCEF based in the BVI.

4. The reason for this exercise is to:

- Create corporate transparency for all financial dealings and asset accountability in accordance with listing requirements.

- Get public listed within the next 12 – 15 months.

5. The PCEF will be in full operation after the transfer of all assets and shares from VGMC (Panama) are completed, which is expected to be on the 1st of December 2012. Shareholders will be able to see all their shares and options statement in the PCEF through the PCEF website.

6. The value of shares in the PCEF is forecasted to start at USD2.50 (or other currency in equivalent value) in December 2012. The Net Asset Value (NAV) of shares in the PCEF will be audited and accounted by certified public accounting firm on a monthly basis to show full corporate accountability and transparency.

7. All monthly dividends will be re-invested into the company’s operation to create a larger and stronger mining corporation. This will benefit the shareholders as the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share will increase in compound value by 13-18% per month until listing.

8. Shareholders who elect not to have their shares listed when the listing offer documents are ready by the end of 2013 may opt for a “Voluntary Asset Distribution”. Non-listed assets may be distributed to shareholders who opt not to have their shares listed.

9. The PCEF is expected to be listed by the end of 2013 at an estimated price of not less than USD10 per share. In brief,VGMC shareholders can anticipate their assets to appreciate approximately 5 times (last CPS-GOLD price subscribed by shareholders in September 2012 is USD1.70 per share) between now and the listing date.

10. Shareholders will be asked to download a Self Declaration Form and notarize it together with a copy of their Local ID Card or Passport and a Proof of Address. This set of documents must be sent to the company as part of the listing requirements. Further details will be announced later this month.

11. How we convert CPS-GOLD from VGMC (Panama) to the PCEF in BVI:

• Gold Trading module will be stopped and losses absorbed by the company.

• All Gold balance in VGMC shareholders’ gold account are automatically converted to credits on 1st October 2012.

• Group Bonus for September is paid on 1st October 2012.

• The last day of payment for CPS-GOLD dividend is 30th September 2012(Dividend due on 31st has also been paid on 30th September 2012).

• As there will be no Gold and Credit Account in the PCEF, all credit balances will be automatically converted to CPS-GOLD share at the rate of USD1.70 per share on the 1st of October 2012. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any alternatives to this process and while we understand that not all shareholders will be in favour of the decision, the management strongly believes that the long-term benefits will outweigh the disadvantages. We urge all shareholders to take a long-term view in this matter, as we expect shares in PCEF to increase five (5) fold within the next 12-15 months, much to the advantage of the shareholders.

• Internal auditing starts on 1st October 2012, so all CPS-GOLD will be converted to PCEF share within the next 60 days.

• All VGMC (Panama) Gold Mining Assets is to be audited and transferred to the PCEF (BVI) effective 1st October 2012

• PCEF share is expected to be valued at USD2.50 per share in December 2012 and increase by a compound value of 13 -18% per month until listing within the next 12 – 15 months.

12. Our investment bankers, financial and audit consultants will be advising the company and shareholders on the PCEF listing jurisdiction and other requirements in the later part of 2013.

13. Any other details will be clarified when the PCEF is in full operation by the 1st of December 2012.

The management urges shareholders to exercise patience and understanding with regard to this exciting development.

Virgin Gold – Hitting Medium Term Goals

Dear Shareholders,

As most business organizations grow bigger in size, it becomes more reputable, trustworthy and financially feasible. This is the exact scenario with Virgin Gold. Within the next few years, Virgin Gold will become a global brand.

For the past two and a half years, we have managed to raise more than a billion dollar. A billion dollar is not a lot in this industry and globally, it does not even make us the top 500 in mining related corporations.

Nonetheless, we are proud to say that Virgin Gold is on the right track to achieving its medium term objectives. Our share price has doubled within the period of two and a half years. We are proud to say that our financial viability has allowed us to increase our shareholder’s dividend by 20% recently - a reward which is a difficult find in the investment world. 

Looking forward, we anticipate that Virgin Gold CPS price will continue to rise, and the way the corporation is operated and managed, we are confident that the CPS dividend will also increase over time.

We would also like to address two recent issues:

1. Cash Withdrawal – We have successfully implemented a twice a month (1^st & 15^th) credit withdrawal effective July 2012. This is not to say that every shareholder’s cash withdrawal has been without problems. We do receive occasional complaints and we are working hard with our payment partners to make this process a smooth one in the coming months. By implementing this new measure, Virgin Gold is able to plan and manage its cash flow more efficiently, thus enabling us to generate more returns (dividend) for our shareholders.

2. Incoming Telegraphic Transfer – The regulations with regard to International Wire Transfer changes almost every day. While shareholders may be sending their fund to us, there have been many incidents that our bank rejected the incoming transactions due to administrative reasons and has been very sluggish in returning the fund to the sender. Local and international banking laws give full rights to beneficiary banks to reject transfers from sender if the bank feels that the sender, the sender’s bank or the fund's originating country is under their “suspicious” list.

International financial transactions will continue to remain a challenge for our corporation and its shareholders. However, we give you our full assurance that we will continue to find ways to smoothen this process.

In light of the coming occasion, the management would like to take this opportunity to wish our Muslim shareholders a “Happy Eid Mubarak/ Eid-ul-Fitr”. May you enjoy a blessed festival.

Never Say Never

Saya rasa sudah sampai masa saya ingin keluarkan wang dari akaun saya selepas kumpul beberapa oz emas. 

Walaupun harga tidak sebaiknya melebihi USD1730 yang saya targetkan, ianya sudah memadai.  Sudah cukup lumayan. Ini semua hasil dari usaha dan kesabaran melabur dalam VGMC. 

Bila saya keluarkan wang, ianya mengambil tempoh seminggu sahaja wang itu dimasukkan ke akaun saya di Malaysia.  Tiada apa yang cerewet atau  melambat-lambatkan dari mana-mana pihak.

Pastikan keluarkan wang pada hari yang ditetapkan oleh VGMC.  Pada faktanya ialah mesti melebihi USD500 dan mesti pula pada dua hari ini sahaja, iaitu  setiap 1 haribulan  atau 15 haribulan.

Saya pernah bercakap dengan mereka yang tidak yakin dengan pelaburan VGMC.  Dan dia tetap tidak yakin.  Entah apa lagi kita nak cakap kepadanya. 

Kalau mengikut petua, tinggalkan sahaja mereka yang mempunyai minda was-was atau negatif kerana akan merugikan masa kita dan mereka itu sendiri.

Cari mereka yang lain yang ramai lagi dari kalangan kenalan kita.  Kadangnya kita dikelilingi rakan-rakan kenalan lama yang langsung tidak yakin dengan apa yang kita beritahukan mereka. 

Rakan baru boleh dicari di mana sahaja.   Langkah ke kiri kanan,   dan cuba berganjak sikit keluar dari rakan lama yang boleh merancuni minda kita dengan slogan:

"tak boleh", tak mampu",  "tak mahu berisiko",  "bagaimana kalau ada sekatan"   

"kalau itu, kalau ini"    Berapa banyak buah kalaulah da….

Ini alasan-alasan  yang pada saya tidak seharusnya terlekat di minda kita.   Berfikiran terbuka dan berminda positif  mercu kejayaan.

Bagaimana Keuntungan Anda Minggu Ini?

Adakah Anda Membuat Untung Minggu ini?

Dalam masa satu hari lebih atau lebih tepat lagi dalam masa  36 jam, harga emas turun ke tahap 1550 usd dan naik balik melebihi paras  1590 usd.

Adakah anda beli masa emas turun dan jual pada harga emas itu  naik semula?   

Kalau anda buat demikian anda telah membuat untung  lebih kurang 80 usd jika membeli sebanyak  3 oz. Adakah anda nampak peluang membuat wang ini?

Maksud saya di sini, walaupun harga emas tidak sampai atau tidak mencecah ke paras melebihi 1700 usd, anda tetap boleh membuat wang.  Yang pentingnya anda membeli di sekitar yang saya nyatakan di atas dan jual pula 40 usd lebih tinggi.

Kalau perkara ini berlaku tiga kali seminggu, anda tentunya akan membuat lebih kurang 200 usd.  Nah! Ini keuntungan yang anda mampu perolehi.

Jangan mengambil dingin sahaja pada pasaran seperti ini.  Anda tetap boleh membuat keuntungan.

Masuk Pasaran Emas VGMC Sekarang

Harga emas rendah pada minggu ini.  Bagaimanapun tidak pergi bimbang. Yang pentingnya jangan tukar emas oz anda ke US Dollar di masa ini.  Kalau dibuatnya begitu peluang untuk mendapat lebih wang tentunya tidak tercapai.

Dalam dua ke tiga bulan ini, harga masih tidak meningkat melebihi $1650.  Itu tandanya kita perlu bersabar dalam membuat conversion dari oz ke $.

Dalam aspek trading, anda boleh lakukan di tahap mana sekalipun.  Semasa harga emas merundumpun anda boleh  masuk trading.  

Kalau anda masuk trading semasa nilai emas berharga $1550,  sebanyak 3 oz, anda masih boleh membuat lebih dari $100 dalam  hari yang sama apabila harga yang anda jual  berlegar sekitar $1590. Ini tidak mustahil untuk anda mendapat wang yang lebih setiap hari.

Strategi membuat trading semasa harga emas dalam keadaan rendah lebih baik kepada saya kerana risikonya kurang atas sebab harganya ada sokongan di bawah paras $1540,  mithalnya.

Ramai di antara kita lebih ghairah masuk pasaran semasa emas melambong naik sahaja kerana difikirkan ianya akan naik melebih paras $2000, mithalnya. 

Strategi ini lebih memakan anda sendiri atas beberapa faktor di luar kawalan anda. Tentunya pada masa itu terdapat kumpulan spekulasi dan manipulasi pasaran. 

Ada pada masa lampau situasinya ahli VGMC masuk pasaran  di tahap $1780 ke tahap $1800 dan sampai sekarang tersangkut trading itu. 

Nah! Kalau begitu menanggung sengsaralah anda kerana tersangkut dalam trading akibat emas jatuh harga. Kejatuhan pula drastik, tidak sempat anda membuat apa-apa.  Harga roll over sahaja sudah membuat kita derita bila sudah melebihi 3 ke 4 bulan.  

Berhati-hati masuk trading.  Jangan sentiasa menguna strategi  mahu cepat untung  dan merebut-rebut buat trading semasa emas melonjak naik sahaja. Nanti rugi teruk pula jadinya.

Buat trading semasa sekarang, semasa harga emas rendah.  Tentunya anda boleh mendapat lebih dari $100 dalam tempoh sehari dua sahaja.  Gunakan antara 2 ke 5 oz emas anda, tentunya hasil pulangan menakjubkan dalam sebulan sahaja.

Setakat ini dulu, sehingga jumpa lagi

Selamat Memasuki Pasaran

Di berapa hari ini harga emas di tahap yang rendah.  Kita tidak perlu risau.  Bahkan ini peluang terbaik untuk kita masuk trading.  Kuncikan harga itu dan tunggu naik sahaja. 

Emas ialah simbolik kekayaan sesorang.  Tentunya bernilai kepada pemiliknya.  Jadi,  ada sahaja orang yang membeli. Kalau ada orang yang membeli,  tentunya sebagai timbal  balas, ada pula yang menjualnya.  Transaksi ini mengaktifkan pasaran.

 Apabila tiada  pasaran secara besar-besaran,  keadaannya akan menjadi lembab dan menurun. Berfikirlah secara positif pada masa ini. Inilah peluang untuk kita membeli diharga yang rendah. 

Saya yakin harganya akan naik walaupun adakalanya tidak mendadak.  Bersabar sikit dalam hal ini.  Masuk pasaran sehendaknya.  Insyallah, harganya akan naik nanti.  Jika dijual semasa "bullish" tentunya gembira anda seisi keluarga.

Ingat! senario naik turun harga akan memberi peluang kepada kita masuk trading.  Kalau tiada naik turun, kita sendiripun naik jemu. 

Mengikut Doktor Pakar, kalau jantung kita tidak naik turun tandanya kita sudah habis hayat. Payah juga mulanya hendak faham phisilosopi doktor ini.  Bila tengok graph jantung baru kita tahu.  Kalau graph jantung mendatar (flat) sahaja maknanya jantung sudah tidak berfungsi lagi.  Jantung Orang Matilah tu.

Jadi harap-harap kita faham naik turun graph emas itu. Senario inilah yang memberi peluang perniagaan kepada kita.  Selamat memasuki pasaran.
